Usage-Based Pricing
Section titled “Usage-Based Pricing”OWLGraph uses pay-as-you-go pricing. There are no plans or tiers — every resource is available to every user.
Compute

Compute is billed per hour while an instance is running. Stop an instance at any time to pause compute charges. Storage charges continue while data is retained.
Read replicas are billed at 60% of the primary instance’s compute rate.

Free Tier
Section titled “Free Tier”Every account includes one free XS instance (2 GB RAM, 1 CPU) with unlimited queries and 10 GB storage. No credit card required.
Managing Your Billing
Section titled “Managing Your Billing”From Dashboard > Billing:
- View usage — real-time compute hours, storage, and query counts
- Resize instances — change instance size (~30 seconds, minimal downtime)
- Add read replicas — zero downtime
- Update payment method — managed through Stripe
- Download invoices — monthly PDF invoices
- Stop instances — pause compute billing instantly

Section titled “Payment Methods”We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For annual or invoice-based payment, contact sales@owlgraph.ai.
Usage Tracking
Section titled “Usage Tracking”The billing page shows real-time usage:
- Compute hours consumed per instance this billing cycle
- Storage consumed per database
- Query counts (reads and writes) this billing cycle
- Current month-to-date charges
