Dashboard

The OWLGraph Cloud dashboard is your central hub for managing databases, adding your sources, asking questions of them, and configuring your account.

After logging in, the dashboard shows:

  • Quick stats: Active databases, queries this month, storage used
  • Recent databases: Your most recently accessed instances
  • Quick actions: Create Database, View Billing
  • Tutorial prompt: For new users, an invitation to the guided tutorial. It disappears for good once you finish or dismiss it — that choice is stored on your account, so it stays gone across browsers and devices.
  • Databases — List, create, and manage database instances
  • Billing — View usage, manage subscription, download invoices
  • Settings — Account settings, API keys
  • Tutorial — The guided walkthrough, at the bottom of the sidebar. Always available, including after you’ve dismissed or completed it.

Each database has its own detail page with:

The database detail page has four workspaces, which together hold nine tabs.

  • Ingest (the main tab): Add your sources. OWLGraph reads them and proposes a structure for your material: an ontology, meaning the kinds of things and relationships it found. Nothing is loaded into the database until you approve it.
  • Corpus (behind an Advanced toggle): The source passages loaded into the database.
  • Schema (the main tab): View the loaded ontology, upload a new ontology, introspect classes.
  • Graph (behind an Advanced toggle): Browse the entities and relationships in the graph.
  • Chat (the main tab): Ask questions in plain language and get answers with the evidence they were drawn from.
  • DQL (behind an Advanced toggle): Run DQL and GraphQL queries directly.
  • Overview: Stats, endpoint URLs, connection strings
  • Backups: View backups, trigger manual backup, restore (where available)
  • Settings: Rename, scaling options, danger zone (delete)

For most users the whole path is two tabs. In Data > Ingest, add your sources. In Query > Chat, ask a question.

Requests to a database go through the OWLGraph API at api.owlgraph.ai, with the database’s id in the path. See Connections.

API keys are managed under Settings > API Keys.
