Overview

OWLGraph ("we", "us") operates the owlgraph.ai website and the OWLGraph Database-as-a-Service platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you sign up (managed by Clerk).
Usage data: Query counts, storage usage, and API access patterns for billing and service improvement.
Database content: Schemas and data you store in your OWLGraph instances. We do not access your data except to provide the service or as required by law.

How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain the OWLGraph service
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Send service-related communications
Monitor and improve service performance

Data Isolation

Each customer's OWLGraph database runs in an isolated Kubernetes namespace with network policies preventing cross-tenant access. Your data is never shared with other customers.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, all database instances and associated data are permanently removed within 30 days.
